Cancellation / Refund / Returns Policy
- To return any goods, a receipt/ till slip or gift receipt must be produced.
- Should you wish to exchange goods purchased within 7 days, we will exchange them or, if you are returning the goods, accept them and reverse the transaction and give you a refund in the form of a Store Credit, provided that:
2.1 The goods have not been used, with the original, sealed packaging and tags attached;
2.2 The goods are in a saleable condition;
2.3 Gift vouchers will not be refunded
- One Month return policy for defective goods
3.1 We may be able to repair or exchange defective merchandise provided proof of purchase is produced, and User Negligence is not found.
3.2 We will accept return of the defective goods and reverse the transaction and refund you in the form of a Store Credit provided proof of purchase is produced.
- Online Purchases
4.1 You can choose to exchange your item at our store.
4.2 If the item is faulty or damaged, you can contact our Customer Care team on 084 786 5836 – Durban or 084 786 7512 – Johannesburg, as soon as possible.
- Order cancellations for Online Purchases
5.1 No cancellations of Orders or any changes thereto will be accepted, and the Goods will be delivered to the Delivery Address supplied in the Order.
5.2 You should verify that your Order is accurate before you submit it. You will, however, be able to return Goods under the Returns Policy.
5.3 If we cannot reach you using the contact details you provided in the Order, after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will cancel the Order and refund any money paid in the same method used to pay for it.
5.4 Delivery Fees will be charged if you return Goods for change of mind or you made an incorrect selection, including if you ordered the incorrect size, colour etc.
5.5 Goods can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and the Returns Policy.
5.6 Taksim Lifestyle will process any refunds within a reasonable time of agreeing to do so.
